Are you training for August 11th?

CAC 2007 KIDS TRIATHLON

Who?             All body & girls Ages 7-14 (limited to first 150 kids)

Where?          Westminster College, Westminster, PA

What?             CAC 2007 Kids Triathlon

Two Courses:

                          7-10 year olds         11-14 year olds
Swim (in doors)       50 yards                100 yards  

Bike                           1 mile                    2 miles
Run                            1/2 mile                 1 mile

When?              Saturday, August 11, 2007
                          8 a.m. START
                          Registration 7 - 7:45 a.m.

Why?                Because our youth need to understand the likelihood that it will be one, two or all three of these sports that will contribute most to their good health as they go through life.  Healthy kids are where to begin.

SWIM, BIKE, RUN......LIFETIME SPORTS!!!!!

Cost:                 $15.00 per participant

Other:               All kids will wear a computer microchip to record each leg of the event.  Also, look forward to a new shirt, cold drink and healthy snack after the event.

Fundraising Proceeds:  All proceeds go directly to the Children's Advocacy Center to support their mission to put an end to child abuse.  The CAC is a non-profit member of the Jameson health System, New Castle, PA.
