Marcie Patton Appointed as Jameson Health System Director Human Resources

New Castle, PA – April 7, 2010 – Ms. Marcie Patton has been appointed by the   Jameson Health System as Director of Human Resources. Her appointment was announced by Mr. Neil Chessin, Vice President Operations.

Employed since 1990, Patton served most recently as Benefits Manager focusing on benefit administration and worker’s compensation while being involved in all aspects of Human Resources through the years.  Patton graduated in 1996 from LaRoche College , Pittsburgh with a Master of Science in Human Resource Management with emphasis in training and organization development.  In 1981 she obtained a Bachelor of Arts from Bethel University , St. Paul , Minnesota . She also has certification as senior professional in Human Resources (SPHR) in 2006 through the Human Resource Certification Institute, an affiliate of the Society for Human Resource Management.  She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and Western Pennsylvania Human Resources Association.

Patton and her daughter, Elena, reside in New Castle .
