Lisa Lombardo Joins Jameson Health System as Director of Public Relations/Marketing

January 7, 2010 – Mrs. Lisa Lombardo has joined Jameson Health System as Director of Public Relations/Marketing. Her appointment was announced by Mr. Douglas Danko, President/CEO.

In her new role, Lombardo serves as the primary public and media representative for Jameson Health System. She is responsible for all internal and external communications, media relations and marketing initiatives.

Lombardo served most recently as Director of Marketing for a Pittsburgh-based business group including Pittsburgh Telephone Answering Service Company, Ascot Office Supplies and Lewis Law Group since 2004.  She brings a fresh perspective to marketing healthcare services having worked intimately with medical organizations as customers.  Lombardo graduated with high honors from Robert Morris University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and a concentration in Professional Writing.

As a recent patient of Jameson Hospital , with stays in October 2008 and November 2009 to give birth to her two sons, marketing the health system will come naturally as she understands the elevated level of service and care that Jameson patients receive. “I made the decision to have my children at Jameson because I trust my doctor and my doctor trusts Jameson.  I experienced that you receive personal attention that you simply will not be given at other facilities as well as excellent care that employs advanced technology to further provide the highest quality of healthcare. Lombardo and her husband, PJ, live in New Castle with their boys, Geno and Max.
