Dr. Pek C. T e h Now Offering Laser Care Treatment

            New Castle, PA –   High-tech, non-invasive cosmetic procedures are now available in New Castle.  Pek C. T e h , M.D, FACOG is now offering laser care treatment at his office named as Laser MedCare Center, dedicated to the treatment of varicose and spider veins, removal of unwanted hair and skin rejuvenation. The LaserMed Care Center provides complete cosmetic care in a state-of-the-art facility.

Procedures range from hair removal to skin rejuvenation to spider veins and varicose veins using the most recent technology available.  A diagnostic workup includes a careful history and physical examination of the affected area followed by testing when appropriate. Each and every patient is evaluated by a physician before treatment and given a free consultation.  These procedures are all performed with minimal discomfort, side effects or interruption of routine activities.  They are all safe and FDA approved and most importantly, non-invasive.  The cost depends on the service and how many treatments are required to achieve optimal results.

      Dr. T e h and Lesley Ross, RN, have received extensive training from Laser Aesthetics Solutions, and have performed many procedures with remarkable results.  The patient is very comfortable during the procedure and only experiences minimal discomfort, if at all. After completion of the procedure, patient can return to work or their normal daily activities.

Hair removal depends on your individual hair growth, age, gender, and hormonal situation.  This procedure takes anywhere from 3 and 9 treatments with several weeks in between.  Each session lasts usually under 30 minutes. The results are permanent if you complete the treatment regime with regularly timed treatments.

Based on the severity of the veins, varicose treatments are usually done within 1 to 3 treatments.  Each session lasts anywhere between 15 to 30 minutes.  The damaged vessels will not come back however if you have certain hereditary conditions, more veins may develop over time.

Acne-like breakouts are commonly referred to as “razor bumps” or “shaving bumps”. 

After laser exposure, the existing acne lesions heal faster and there is usually a reduction in the frequency and severity of new acne breakouts.

Spider veins are bluish-red, web-like veins that commonly develop on either one or both legs, appearing in clusters or as isolated threads.  Laser treatment can quickly and safely remove these veins leaving your skin smoother and beautiful again.
