JAMESON HEALTH SYSTEM WELCOMES EMERGENCY RESOURCE MANAGEMENT TO THE HOSPITAL

New Castle, PA - Jameson Health System welcomes Michael Ginsburg, M.D., as director of the Emergency Department.  Dr. Ginsburg is Board Certified in Emergency Medicine and brings 30 years of emergency medicine experience to Jameson.

In January 2004, Jameson developed a professional relationship with Emergency Resource Management Incorporated (ERMI) to manage the emergency services at the North Campus.  Under the direction of Dr. Ginsburg, the focus will be to improve quality of care, physician relations, patient satisfaction and to improve processes.

ERMI currently staffs 12 emergency departments, employs over 200 emergency physicians and sees over 300,000 emergency patients a year in western Pennsylvania.  ERMI is a world-class organization that specializes in emergency medicine as well as performance improvement.  Reasons for their success:
