EEOC Statement
New
Castle, PA – According to Jameson Memorial Hospital, a
charge was filed with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission
(EEOC) by a Jameson employee. Jameson was not found to be wrongful on the merits of the
Complaint. Occasionally
disgruntled employees file complaints.
Due to federal laws and confidentiality
statements, Jameson cannot comment on specific details of this
case. Typically Jameson disputes these types of situations; however
after review, it was determined it was economically wise to
resolve this issue by offering a settlement.
Jameson has policies in place against all
