Jameson
Health System is pleased to announce the flu vaccine will be
available at the Jameson New Wilmington Community Health Center on
Wednesday, November 8, 2006.
The
clinic is designed to meet the needs of the adult population of
Lawrence County and will follow CDC guidelines.

St., New Wilmington, PA – 1:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M.
To
avoid delays in receiving the flu vaccine, please follow these
guidelines:

Flu Vaccine will be administered to adults 18 and
older
according to the CDC guidelines.

Persons with allergies to a previous flu vaccine
injection, eggs,
chickens, Thimerosol (Mercury), latex
or persons with Guillain-
Barre’ syndrome or other Neurological disorders should not
receive
FLUARIX Influenza Virus Vaccine

Cost is $30.00
·
Traditional Medicare, Security Blue, and Freedom
Blue are accepted
·
Advantra, Health Assurance, Health America and other
insurances
and HMOs are not accepted
·
Be sure to bring all of your insurance cards, wear a
short sleeved top or
shirt and bring your glasses.
