Jameson Hospital South Campus Welcomes 3
Friends & Me Adult Day Care
New Castle, PA - Douglas
Danko, Vice President of Professional Services at Jameson Health
System and Director of Operations for Jameson Hospital South
Campus, announced the opening of “3 Friends & Me Adult Day
Care” at the Jameson South Campus November 1st.
Located on the ground floor of the School of Nursing
building, “3 Friends & Me” is available Monday, Wednesday
and Friday from 8 am to 4 pm.
Deborah
Cory, LPN, and Maureen Flannery opened the “3 Friends & Me
Adult Day Care” at the Jameson South Campus to provide a clean,
healthy entertaining environment designed to stimulate cognitive
and socialization skills of their clients.
Deborah Cory said, “We are a licensed adult day care in
Lawrence County. We
are fully licensed and inspected annually by the Pennsylvania
Department of Aging.” Included
for the day are snacks and a full course meal provided by the
Jameson South Campus Nutritional Services Department along with
activities such as bingo, volleyball, golfing, basketball, ring
toss, word games, puzzles, reading, crafts, sing-a-longs and
discussion hours.
Jameson
is committed to meeting the health care needs of the people in
Lawrence County. “Our
staffing includes a nurse, activities director, and assistants who
have a combined over 40-year experience in caring for those with
dementia,” commented Deborah.
