–Jameson Hospice of Lawrence County will offer a Volunteer
training program beginning September 25, 2006, consisting of five
two hour long classes and ending October 23, 2006.
Volunteers serve in many ways; keeping the patient company,
listening to patient concerns, being a support to family members,
clerical work, fund raising, serving on the advisory committee and
providing a link to the Jameson Hospice staff.

Volunteers gain satisfaction by making a difference in the
