System held its annual membership meeting on
September 16, 2009
in its
South
Campus
Conference
Center
.
President/
CEO
, Douglas Danko, presented Jameson’s annual report focusing
on Jameson’s value and benefit to
Lawrence
County
through its
commitment to caring. During
the annual meeting 106 members were re-elected to the membership,
and 10 Jameson Health System board members were re-elected, and
Cheryl Kimmel, who also serves as Chairman of the Children’s
Advocacy Center Board, a subsidiary of Jameson Health System, was
newly elected.
During the
Jameson Health System board of directors’ reorganization meeting
which followed the annual meeting, the following Jameson Health
System officers were elected:
Two new Jameson Hospital Board appointments were made:
